首先,医疗保险与非医疗药品的区别,报销免赔额也根据医院水平而有所不同

三,报销商务旅行,探亲和长期居民参保人员的医疗费用政策

1,参保职工出差,探亲在外地发生医疗费用,只报销符合医疗保险规定的外地急诊费用,非急诊原因住院,所有费用一概不予报销。

2,参保职工在外地居住时间超过6个月,按长期住外地人员性质报销医药费。

3,长期住外地人员应由单位提供证明,确定二所定点医院(应为当地医疗保险定点医疗机构),及时办理《镇江市长住外地职工医疗费报销卡》

4,长期住外地职工必须坚持节约原则按规定限量开药(每就诊一次,急性药量在3日以内,慢性病药量在10日以内,结核病,高血压病,糖尿病可延长到30日量) ,超过上述标准,药费不予报销。

5,长期住外地职工转诊,需由当地定点医院签署意见,按属地原则逐级转诊,转诊医院属我市职工医疗保险确定的特约医院。个人先自付总费用的10%,然后按医疗保险规定报销费用,其它医院,个人先自付总费用的20%,然后按医疗保险规定报销医疗费用。

一,多缴职工医保费的退费处理

(一)以个人身份参加职工医保(以下简称个人参保人员)政策性因素的退费,要严格以政策文件为依据,客观公正的处理。
